Beds were comfortable, TV was alright. Shower wasn't as strong as I would have liked it to be. Overall stay was nice. Pretty close to the beach and very close to malls. All in all a pretty good place to stay as it's close to a pretty good amount of locations to hang out at and chill.

I highly recommend Rocana Hotel for your stay in Kuantan. The staff were friendly and efficient.Room clean, bed pillow very comfortable. My only recommendation is to have a plug near the bed, bin in the room instead of going to toilet and a bar of soap at the vanity top in the toilet. Keep it up. V satisfied.

the location is superb !! walking distance to the mall (Kuantan city mall ) , the staff is good , and tasty breakfast , I have nasi goreng tomyam , sambal , ayam goreng for my breakfast , the taste is excellent!!!!

Quietness Next to Kuantan mall. Superb location. Not people congested like bigger hotels. Decent breakfast buffet spread. Just nice to start the day. Staff are forever helpful and courteous. Room service meals are delicious and affordable, last call 5.30pm Hot water shower is truly hot and strong water pressure, even for top floor. Thick towels and scented! Refreshing and wonderful smell. TV channels are sufficient. Axn, news, cinemax, NatGeo, sports. Free basement parking albeit narrow and limited bays.
